Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged

  • You received a wrong item

  • Items are missing from the parcel

We do not accept returns or refunds based on personal dislikes or change of mind.

Mandatory Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.

    • The video must clearly show the sealed package, the entire unboxing process, and the issue, with no pauses, cuts, or edits.

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.

Business Rules

  • We dispatch only after your final confirmation.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for:

    • Personal dislikes

    • Color or minor design differences due to photography or screen display

    • Minor issues like loose threads, removable stains, or open stitching

Return to Origin (RTO)

  • In case of RTO (e.g., customer not available, wrong address), the customer must pay both RTO and reshipping charges.

  • No refund will be issued for RTO cases.


Exchange Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in case of exchange.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • No exceptions will be made.


Video Verification Requirement

  • All return/exchange requests must include a 360-degree unboxing video as described above.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of parcel delivery for it to be considered.


Additional Guidelines

  • If tracking is provided, please stay responsive and report non-receipt within 7 days.

  • Slight color variations due to photography or screen settings will not be considered valid reasons for return.

  • While delays may occur, all parcels are dispatched on time from our end.
