At Premium Watch Store India, we deliver first copy watches across all serviceable PIN codes in India. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Dispatch Timeline

Orders placed before 2 PM on working days are dispatched same-day from Mumbai.
Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays/holidays are dispatched the next working day.
COD orders are dispatched only after order verification via WhatsApp or phone call.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

Mumbai & Thane: Next day delivery
Metro cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2-3 working days
Tier-2 cities: 3-4 working days
Tier-3 cities & remote areas: 4-6 working days
North-East India & J&K: 5-8 working days

Delivery times may vary based on courier partner availability, weather conditions, and regional factors.

COD orders: ₹100 COD handling charge applies
No hidden charges — the price shown at checkout is the final price

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking link via WhatsApp.
You can track your parcel in real-time using the courier partner’s website.
For any tracking issues, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.

We use a courier aggregator service that automatically selects the fastest and most reliable courier for your specific PIN code. This ensures your parcel reaches you in the shortest possible time regardless of your location.

The courier assigned to your order is selected based on serviceability, delivery speed, and reliability for your delivery PIN code.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Include landmarks, apartment numbers, and nearby references for faster delivery.
Changes to delivery address after dispatch are not possible.

Missed Delivery

If you miss the delivery, the courier agent will typically re-attempt delivery 2-3 times.
Please respond to courier calls promptly to avoid Return to Origin (RTO).
If the parcel is marked RTO due to non-availability, reshipping charges will apply.

Delivery Confirmation

Upon receiving your parcel:

Please record a 360-degree unboxing video while opening the sealed parcel.
This video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage claim.
Report any issues to us within 2 days of delivery.
