Mandatory Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package, the entire unboxing process, and the issue, with no pauses, cuts, or edits.

Slight color variations due to photography or screen settings will not be considered valid reasons for return.
