To initiate a return or replacement, you must provide a complete unboxing video of the parcel.
The video must clearly show the entire unboxing process, from the sealed package to the product inside.
The video must be continuous—no pauses, cuts, or edits will be accepted.
This video is essential for quality verification and to validate your claim.
Please note:
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or replacement requests.

The unboxing video serves as essential evidence and must:
Clearly capture the parcel in its sealed condition
Show the entire opening process without any pauses, cuts, or edits
Clearly display the product and any issues being reported
It should start with a 360° view of the intact package from the outside and then proceed to a full unboxing video.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
